The demand for mental health and emotional support during pregnancy, postpartum and parenthood is increasing.
Parenthood doesn’t come with a manual. There are moments when you might feel like you’re failing, or like you’ve lost a part of yourself. And that doesn’t make you a bad parent. It makes you human.
I focus on progress over perfection. I support you as you are — with all the contradictions and emotions that come with this season of life.
The Parenthood Space welcomes all kinds of parents: solo parents, LGBTQ+ families, expat couples, parents through adoption or fertility journeys, and anyone who identifies with the emotional complexity of this chapter.
I am a trained CBT counselor (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) and a Birth Doula, here to provide a listening ear and assist you in navigating through whatever challenges you may be facing. Whether you're dealing with personal issues, relationship struggles, anxiety, or any other concerns, my goal is to support you on your journey toward healing and personal growth.
If you're interested in exploring your emotional state, please feel free to reach out to me. We can schedule a session at your convenience, and together, we can work towards understanding your feelings and finding constructive ways to move forward.
Seeking help is a sign of strength, and you don't have to face challenges alone. I'm here to support you on your path to well-being. It's a confidential and non-judgmental space where you can express yourself freely.
I am based in Palma but serve a broader European English and French speaking audience through both in-person and remote sessions.
1. Emotional Preparation for Birth
Preparing for birth isn’t just about logistics — it’s about your mindset, your fears, your hopes, and how you envision this moment. We’ll work together to build emotional resilience, explore what matters to you, and create space for confidence, flexibility, and calm — no matter what your birth experience holds.
2. Postpartum Mental Health Support
The postpartum period can be raw and intense. If you're feeling sad, anxious, numb, or unlike yourself, you’re not alone. We offer a safe space to talk openly, process your emotions, and find support strategies that meet you where you are — with care and without pressure.
Parenthood changes the dynamics of a relationship. From communication breakdowns to shifting identities, many couples feel the strain. This service helps you reconnect, communicate more clearly, and understand each other in this new chapter — not just as parents, but as partners.
Sessions are completely customised to your needs. Whether you’re navigating pregnancy, grief, identity shifts, or daily overwhelm, you’ll receive compassionate support that fits your pace and priorities.
