Hi, I’m Erin — a certified Birth/Postpartum Doula and CBT therapist, mother of two, and passionate advocate for maternal and family well-being.
After more than a decade working as an IT recruiter, the birth of my first child transformed my path. I felt a deep calling to support others through the emotional and mental shifts that come with pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood. I’ve since trained in birth coaching and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), building a holistic approach to support mothers and couples through this profound life transition.
My work focuses on postpartum mental health, emotional preparation for birth, and strengthening couple relationships during this transformative time. I offer one-on-one support that is empathetic, non-judgmental, and tailored to your unique experience — whether you're navigating anxiety, adjusting to parenthood, or seeking space to process and heal.
